There is no guarantee the Foundation will be able to fulfill request.         

o       Denied: The Foundation will inform in writing whether or not alterations can be made and resubmitted, 
                     resubmitted at a later date or this is something the Foundation will not fund. 

o       Granted: The Foundation will inform in writing their grant has been accepted and when to expect the funds. 

If grant is approved, the grantee is obligated to use the funds only for the purposes of which the grant was made.  
The grantee is also required to provide a final written report and an accounting including receipts of how 
grant funds were used, and acknowledges the Foundations authority to withhold and/or recover grant funds in case
