 GUIDELINES & TERMS 

                                                                                                             
1. In order to qualify to advertise on E Coupons, you must offer a Discount, Incentive or "Give Back" program
2. Company must provide artwork/coupon in a .jpg format. NMS code for tracking purposes on coupon and final artwork to be approved by NMSF
3. Companies who choose a multi month contract can change their artwork/incentive out each month, new ads must be submitted 7 days before the  first of the next month
4. The length of your promotion, must be the same length as the time you sign up for.  ACCEPTABLE Example: Month of December 10% off and you paid for 1 month.  NOT ACCEPTABLE Example: You sign up for one month, but offer a coupon that is good for 1 year or has no expiration date on it.
5. Once we receive your check or you make a payment via credit card below and submit your artwork, we will add your coupon.  New ads will be added each Friday.  All approved artwork and payments are due by Wednesday to appear the same Friday.
6. All payments are final - no refunds
7. There will be a link via NMS electronic Wildcat Weekly newsletter each Friday to the E Coupons Site - goes out to 1239 families
8. There is a live link on the NMS Website home page to link to the E Coupon Page
9. New advertisers, will also have their name listed on the Wildcat Weekly newsletter as a new E Coupon advertiser.
